Joseph (possibly - his inscription may have been restored incorrectly and there is another Joseph), with a sceptre. One of 43 surviving panels of the Ancestors of Christ dating from the late 12th century and originally placed in the clerestory. This is now the third light in the upper row of the south window (s. XXVIII).
