The Funeral Procession of the Virgin. Two groups of apostles carry the coffin by resting two poles on their shoulders. The coffin is covered with a patterned cloth and surmounted by crosses. In the center, three Jewish figures suffer after their attempted interference with the coffin. The story is told in The Golden Legend 2.81.
