Tomb of King Arthur

The gravesite of King Arthur in the choir of the Great Church. The monks of Glastonbury Abbey discovered the remains in 1191, which were moved to a shrine in the church in 1278. The grave was destroyed at the relics scattered after the abbey was dissolved in the 16th century. Glastonbury Abbey, Glastonbury, Somerset, England.
