Detail of the Last Judgment tympanum over the west door, sculpted by Gislebertus around 1130. On the left side, apostles incline their heads in veneration towards Christ. At the far left, St. Peter turns his back on the scene in order to welcome redemeed souls into heaven, one of whom holds his hand.
