Chartres Stained Glass #2: Life of Christ
The Life of Christ Window is the center lancet window beneath the west rose. It was made around 1150 and is one of very few windows that survived the 1194 fire. The window depicts the early life of Christ from the Annunciation to the Triumphal Entry, beginning at the bottom.
