Detail of the Last Judgment Tympanum (1107-1125) over the west door. Part of a procession of saints and contemporary leaders on the left side of the tympanum, moving towards Christ in the center. Leading the procession on the far right is the Virgin Mary, dressed in blue and with hands folded in prayer. Next is St. Peter the Apostle, wearing a chasuble and holding the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven as well as a pastor's staff. Following him on the left is the hermit Dadon, founder of the first oratory at Conques. Bringing up the rear at the far left is an abbot.
