Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari (Venice, Italy)

The side door in the last photo leads into the church through this huge baroque monument to Giovanni Pesaro, Doge of Venice for just two years (1658-9). To its left is an unusual pyramid monument to architect Antonio Canova (1757-1822), who designed it to be Titian's monument. Glimpsed on the right is Titian's Ca' Pesaro Madonna, painted 1519-26.
