Antakya Engraving: City Walls

Remains of the southern walls and towers of Antioch as they stood in the 18th century. The masonry of the towers is characteristic of the period of Justinian (527-65 AD). From an engraving by the French artist Louis-François Cassas, who visited Antioch between 1784 and 1787.
