From Just Outside Center Circle
From just outside the center circle, we can look up into the beautifully decorated cupola that shelters the sacred rock. The cupola features elaborate floral designs as well as various inscriptions. The small structure on the left is a reliquary containing hairs from Muhammad's beard.
