Elder Bible Window (c.1260): Rebecca
The Courting of Rebecca: Abraham sent his servant Eliezer to find a wife for his son Isaac. This is paired with the Annunciation of Mary on the so-called Elder Bible Window, c. 1260 (restored), a typological window at the east end of Cologne Cathedral. The panels make connections between stories in the Old Testament (left side) and New Testament (right side). The original panels are the oldest in the cathedral, but some were replaced c.1900.
