Interior from West. Nave is Oldest Surviving Part of St. David's Cathedral

Interior from the west. The nave is the oldest surviving part of St. David's Cathedral, dating from the 12th century. Note the outward lean of the stone arcades! Straight ahead is the beautifully carved pulpitum or stone screen, which separates the nave from the choir.
